In 2009, Sinead founded Beautisol, a luxury sunless tanning brand where she successfully utilized social media, the bloggersphere, and other crowdsourcing tactics to launch her company. A year later, the brand landed on HSN (Home Shopping Network) where she was the spokesperson for four years. In 2015, her company was acquired by Five Crowns Capital where she currently serves as an advisor to the private equity group. iFabbo was a spinoff of Sinead’s skincare company, Beautisol, and is an industry leader in high-quality influencer marketing, connecting influential content creators (Bloggers, Instagram’ers and YouTube’ers) to brands via their proprietary technology platform. This platform allows influencers to effortlessly communicate brand messages, product reviews and to produce both earned and paid media content, while providing brands with deep insights and reporting. iFabbo was acquired by Women’s Marketing Inc. in 2014 and then by the Sway Group in 2016.
A results-driven business development and marketing executive with deep roots in the beauty industry, Sinead is now a partner at The Pienza Collective, where she helps her clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing, social media strategy and influencer outreach. She also excels at preparing clients for TV Shopping (QVC, HSN, & Evine) and other retail distribution channels. Prior to The Pienza Collective, Sinead was VP of Business Development at Women’s Marketing Inc., a leading media planning, strategy, and buying agency for beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands where she was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with other media agencies, Ad Tech companies, and Venture Capital or Private Equity Groups.
Sinead is Chairman of the Board for the Bay Area Beauty Association (BABA) and is a longtime CEW member as well as a member of BIW. In her spare time (when she has any!), she blogs at The Beauty Seeker.
