Appearances in Beauty Contests, Film, Network TV, or Digital Media require a special kind of contestant, actress, or model and specialized coaching and other training to succeed. Hiring or sponsoring the right person and getting them properly trained can present a challenge. Two experts in the field will each address what’s involved in getting the right spokesperson or contestant to represent your brand or company and will share behind-the-scene information about how the Contest circuit works.

Carolina heads the talent recruitment, sourcing, and venues for events such as the Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss International pageants. She is a dynamic businesswoman specializing in the world of fashion. Also, she works as an Executive Image Director in cosmetic beauty.
Eva Bitar
Motion Picture and Television Manager, Mayor's Office of Film & TV Productions.
Eva is the single point of contact for the production needs of the film industry in Los Angeles. She serves as a Trustee for Metropolitan Fashion Week’s Walk of Fame. Eva is also on the Advisory Board of Digital Hollywood Influencers. She mentors Film, Paralegal, and Computer Science students for the LA Community College District, where she has been an educator for the past 29 years.
