Success is More Than Skin Deep:
Two Innovators Create Radical Skincare
Liz & Rachel Edlich - Co-Founders of Radical Skincare & One World Live
As daughters of Dr. Richard F. Edlich, MD,.PHD, world renowned Professor of Plastic Surgery, Liz and Rachel began working in their father's lab before the age ten and later at the U of Virginia Burn Unit where they were exposed to the science behind skin rejuvenation and wound repair at extreme levels. After working in the skin care industry in LA for 15 years and having created over 100 products for celebrities and other clients, their skin care focus suddenly became very personal when the unthinkable happened. Rachel developed serious Rosacea after having her second child, developing red bumps and inflammation all over her face. She was taking 3 types of medication that the doctors said she would be on for life. Liz, having just turned 46, realized that gravity was taking a toll and noticed increasing wrinkles, loss of elasticity and skin that wasn’t snapping back to the way it used to. This created the perfect storm and a call to action for both sisters. Gathering together their chemists and skincare scientists, they challenged them to create the most powerful anti-aging solution for Liz that could also be used on Rachel's sensitive skin. Without regard for ingredient costs and with no intention of selling this new elixir to the public, they identified the prime defect in most anti-aging formulas and corrected it, perfected it and then clinically tested it. A USDA lab compared their formulas containing Trylacel to numerous leading skincare brands and the potency results were unbeatable. What Liz & Rachel created in their lab had radically changed their skin condition and became a new skincare sensation.
